CHILD PROTECTION AND WELFARE POLICY

The Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA) is committed to a child-centred approach to our work with children. Under the Child Care Act 1991, a child is defined as a person under the age of 18 years who has not or is not married. We undertake to provide a safe environment and experience where the welfare of the child or young person is paramount. We will adhere to the Children First: National Guidance for the Protection and Welfare of Children (2011).
