‘...and start to wear purple’

This exhibition explores the development of the Museum's Education and Community Programme for St Michael's Parish Active Retirement Association , Inchicore, and presents models of practice for museums working with older people. Key works include Ribbons of Life 1993, which feature the personal histories of ten women from the group and A Sense of Place 1996, where the group address the meaning of place over time.
