Precaution is a group-exhibition, which involves an exciting and innovative collaboration between Young Fringe and the Irish Museum of Modern Art. The focus of the exhibition is on artists who are just starting out in their careers and will include film, installation, sculpture, drawing, print, painting and photography. Participating artists include John Beattie, Nina Canell, Paul Coffey, Caroline Donoghue, Brigette Heffernan, Vanessa Donoso López, Eilis McDonald and Eoin McHugh who have produced both site-specific and gallery-based works.
The exhibition is curated by Janice Hough, Artists’ Residency Programme Co-Ordinator, IMMA, Johanne Mullan, National Programmer, IMMA and Marguerite O’Molloy, Assistant Curator: Collections, IMMA.
