Ernest Shackleton School, Athy Libary, Athy, Co Kildare

This exhibition has been scheduled to coincide with the Ernest Shackleton School, which runs from 26 - 28 October, to celebrate the life of the Polar Explorer. Works include a series of prints by John Bellany based on the book 'The Old Man and the Sea' by Ernest Hemingway which potray mans elemental struggle with nature. The exhibition will coincide with various lectures, workshops and events taking place over the weekend.
