In conjunction with her solo show that will be opening at IMMA in June 2005, Catherine Lee is also going to participate on the Artists’ Work Programme for three months prior to the installation of her exhibition. Abstraction is the language of Catherine’s work and this is achieved through colour, texture, scale and composition. Her work conjures up a diverse range of references from both past and future technologies. She works mainly in the medium of bronze. Website http://www.catherinelee.net/
