Multimedia Maps explores the art of community map-making in a wide variety of mediums from traditional art materials to new technologies. Six artists - Owen Crawford, Julie Forrester, Angela Ginn, Rachel Glynne, Ann Henderson and Sharon Kelly - worked with children in schools in the border counties of Armagh, Cavan, Donegal, Down, Sligo and Tyrone over a three-year period. The exhibition is a result of a combination of the artists’ work in the classroom and the utilisation of technology as an art medium and communication tool. The project, initiated by Kids' Own Publishing Partnership,
was first exhibited in its entirety at the Model Arts and Niland Gallery, Sligo, in Summer 2002. To find out
