Sustaining Progress: Social Partnership Agreement 2003 - 2005

The Museum is subject to the Social Partnership Agreement 2003 – 2005, Sustaining Progress. This involves an explicit commitment to modernising the public service with a particular emphasis on such areas as a stable industrial relations environment, ongoing flexibility and change, improved performance and accountability, quality customer care and the continued development of the Partnership approach.
