Communications and Marketing Assistant
We are now looking to recruit a Communications and Marketing Assistant to work with our busy Audiences and Development Team on a Part Time/ Fixed Term basis.
The role will actively contribute to the communication and promotion of IMMA’s programmes and activities in order to develop and grow IMMA’s audiences. The role will have a particular focus on digital marketing and will develop and manage opportunities to engage with our online audiences, including members of the press, artists and marketing partners.

IMMA Transition Year Work Placement Callout
Are you interested in art, architecture, galleries, museums, art history or design in general? Curious about what a career in the art world entails? Would you like to know how a museum works from its exhibitions and education to other behind the scenes work such as fundraising and security, to its press and publicity?
IMMA is offering a 4 day interactive work placement to a select group of Transitions Year students from Tuesday 7th – Friday 10th February 2017. The week will explore the various different jobs in a museum, explore the types of college courses that might be useful including an introduction to academic critical thinking, and portfolio preparation.

We have an initial 20 placements on a first come first served basis after which a waiting list will be compiled to fill any cancellations which may occur.
