Closure of Main Building – November 2011 to December 2012 The Museum wishes to advise visitors that, owing to essential and extensive refurbishing works, the main building at IMMA will be closed from 1 November 2011 until 31 December 2012.

IMMA Announces Appointment of New Director The Chairperson and Board of the Irish Museum of Modern Art today (13 January 2012) announced the appointment of Sarah Glennie, currently Director of the Irish Film Institute, as the new Director of IMMA, where she previously held the post of Curator from 1997 to 2001.
